Add a flag in fl-build-report to generate reports without "Page detail stats" section

In large tests, the "Page detail stats" can grow to enormous sizes.

It'd be nice to have a flag that can be passed to fl-build-report to leave this section out.

I second this request; I find that sections not very useful and distracting.
