Support modules that use field_layout data (eg. field_group).

As part as the "reroll" of #202 I've found out that ui_patterns_layouts does not support modules that usually deal with layout content, like field_group. This PR let other modules access the fields as they usually do then it copies back the altered content to the pattern's #fields entry.
