Cannot view form to upload files

Hello.

I just did a fresh installation of OA with your folders module, but I'm not able to upload single files. When I point on a folder, if I click on "attach documents to the folder node", I don't get any form (as I would have for notifications or basic information). The button gets a hover (darker) buts thats all. I checked with firebug but I couldn't see any JS error...

Do you have an idea of what could cause such a bug?
