Do you mean that only upon hovering would it show the "Remove tag ..."/"Assign tag..."? BTW, the grouping is already there, but it seems like it is more visible on...

Works well on macOS, compiles on QT6.4 and Qt5.15.2. 👍 Will now test it on Windows.
