Bad date for "on 2nd to last Thursday" modifier

Hello When recurring is set to month and "on 2nd to last Thursday" is selected I get invalid date:

Recurs every 1 month on 2nd to last Thursday, after previous issue completion   
Next scheduled run: -0928-11-11 

That is somewhere in past ;)

BTW: date created and last updated of # i 2015-04-18 maybe it's too back in future?

Can you provide a screenshot of the Redmine issue that is experiencing this? I'm having a hard time thinking of why this might be happening.

I can't find that one, but it's easy to reproduce, just try some bigger value on that modifier

I left that issue on my redmine-test instance, today I discovered that cron task later at night created about 23000 issues at once, So this problem is not small display error, but something more important.

I think there should be limit to rake task to create less than 1000 tickets (maybe 100 is good enough?), And some check when new recurring task is created,

Here similar problem, when configured a issue, with 2 months period repeating on 4th Wednesday, I got -4208-12-12 as date, what obviously has a year error (look at the minus at the beginning).
