compatability problems with version 4.2.3

i have installed the latest redmine version 4.2.3, the i installed the plugin recurring_tasks. The plugin is showing up on the administration side ‚Plugins‘ But recurring_tasks is not showing up as a link on the redmine page.

Could you please help me out here?
