Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, just for automation purposes

Describe the solution you'd like When creating a new Karbon cluster, I also want to have a dedicated storage container for that cluster. As for now, this is a manual step in the process for creating a Karbon cluster.

Describe alternatives you've considered It seems the API has support for this, so we could create a script that uses the API for this purpose, but it would be better to have everything in Terraform
