Add option to use a specific PC secret for precheck job

Hi,

With the current v3.x release of the CSI storage chart, the precheck job uses the PC secret specified in pcSecretName. We would like to have the option to specify a different secret for the precheck, so we can apply different Helm hooks to it.

For example, precheck.pcSecretName with a fallback to the current pcSecretName if it's not set. I'd be happy to submit a PR but the charts code is no longer public 😞 any plan to bring it back?
