[Bug] Runtime variables for dynamic credentials are not supported in DSL

Describe the bug Dynamic credentials create runtime variables by default; if BP contains dynamic creds, the launch of the same from DSL fails with [ERROR] [calm.dsl.cli.bps:775] Unknown entity type credential

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create a BP in CALM-DSL
  2. Add Dynamic credentials object to it
  3. Execute the BP launch command.
  4. Above error should surface

Expected behaviour BP launch should be working the same as UI.
