Add the ability to decompile projects with DSL

With Calm >= 3.2, a lot of people are taking advantage of the new environment/account features in projects and being able to decompile them with DSL will help automating their creation/updates. Thanks.

+1 I'd suggest all ressources we can get with the get subcommand should be able to be decompiled from JSON to PY format. It would be the following object :

Project decompile is included from DSL v3.7.2.2 onwards. Hence closing it.
