Include API key authentication in Calm DSL

For Calm SaaS an API key is required. This key file is a JSON file with keys name and token. It would be great to let the config.ini file to point to the key file or specify this file during calm init dsl and gather the values there to use the key name=pc_username and the token=pc_password
