Tooltip fix#200 - Don't merge for now

As stated on main spectre repo, #200, the tooltip font-family isn't declared, wich causes issues when the element has a custom font.

This PR should be merged only if the PR i made in the main repo is merged too... I'll keep you updated.

Well, I guess you can close this PR, as the other PR was rejected long time ago...
