Hope more members of the NUSMods can find TeleNUS

build tighter integration of TeleNUS with NUSMods

Context

Found TeleNUS from looking through this GH organization during last semester and found the project to be useful.

To look for modules this semester I was searching through NUSMods website for a link to TeleNUS as it was maintained by the same people but I couldn't find any

Implementation

Add a link to TeleNUS in the footer of NUSMods to foster the growth of TeleNUS community

Other Information

I'm new to this project and found a cool link to be added and legendary contributions!
