Bug: When the window size changes, it causes drawing residue
Describe the bug
When using Nushell in the Terminal on Windows 11 and adjusting the window size, repetitive drawing content will appear.

Expected behavior
When adjusting the size of the window, only the original content should be retained.

I think this is a reedline issue. I've seen this before. Wouldn't surprise me if this issue is a dupe.
