Resizing terminal in VSCode causes a line in the scrollback buffer to be lost

Describe the bug

Resizing the terminal in VSCode (using the "Restore Panel Size" button) causes one line of text to disappear in the scrollback buffer.

This doesn't happen with Powershell, so I'm assuming this is a bug on the Nushell side.

How to reproduce

Here's a recording of the bug happening. Notice the line after echo 3 disappeared.

Tested on a fresh install of Nushell and VSCode Insider.

Expected behavior

No text should be lost when resizing.
