Solved by NielBuys' [PR](https://github.com/nursoda/twofactor_email/pull/384) and my release 2.8.0 today.
I my case, it does also NOT work for user B, when user A has a subdirectory containing a DICOM directory and shares that (to root level) to user B.
Question is whether this ancient ownCloud server SHOULD or SHOULD NOT be supported by the sync client. (I am affected, too – there are customers running outdated servers…)
