Save settings

With every restart of the app I need to set the export options again. If Petmate sports saved settings at some point, these would be a good idea to include.

Petmate already sports settings saving. But this stuff is not saved as you observe.

Not difficult to add, only concern is that this should also be somehow versioned so that old settings files will not break if I f.ex change something in any of the export dialogs.

I agree.. Save this settings as "default export settings" .. and you can add a check for "prompt on every export y/n"
