[Bug]: Duplicated Settings when applied

What happened?

This is the 3rd time I notify same bug.... ( #2125 #1829 ) Duplicated settings appears when been applied.

All linked/related Issues (even those reported in the Core repository like this: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/24669) seems been marked as "Closed as not planned" or just left non-answered.....

This bug still present starting from 2 years ago......but still there and it's quite boring/frustrating to use a software (the latest one) with this issue.....
