Some animations doesn't play

So I've noticed that in some games, some animations doesn't play, like in Rance 01, the card flipping animation doesn't play, or Rance VI, where its opening movie wouldn't play and give back an "Install LavFilters" message, and in Daibanchou, the animation of a territory changing faction doesn't play and got changed to a fullscreen effect
