Feature Request - Slow down CTRL-skipping (configurable?)

Currently, skipping lines with CTRL is absurdly fast, often leading to entire scenes ending with a tap of the button. I think ideally skipping should be just slow enough to allow you to get a sense of where you are in a scene, so you know when to stop without missing too much content you actually want to read.
