If you have a large project it would be good to be able to make certain things work only on a subset or single file rather than having to explicitly exclude all the other files in the project. I can't see any simple way of doing this at the moment. For example, you may have only one file that legitimately accesses a global (say $_SERVER) and want it banned in all others.
