This file is used for binder config - testing whether it's still necessary.

The binder button still works in the preview, though I'm not sure if there are other reasons to keep this around!

I remember someone somewhere complained about binder not rendering the markdown notebooks properly, so I would keep this PR open as a reminder for now and will try to remember to come back to it.
