Create a custom Mailchimp newsletter template. Some suggestions and considerations to keep in mind for a template:

  1. The NumPy branding colors can be found here: https://github.com/numpy/numpy.org/issues/37#issuecomment-534255879 or here: https://coolors.co/ffc553-ff9153-4dabcf-4d77cf-9866cf. I suggest using the following colors as primary for the newsletter: #ffc553 #4d77cf
  2. A template must be mobile responsive.
  3. A template must be in compliance with the terms of the CAN-SPAM Act.
