Blurry 16px panel icons

Upon my research for #1235 it occured to me that there are quite a few panel icons which lack proper alignment.

Among those are:

  • [ ] bluetooth-XXX #1235
  • [ ] indicator-privacy-panel
  • [ ] kazam-XXX
  • [ ] redshift-XXX
  • [ ] syspeek-XXX
  • [ ] tomboy-panel
  • [ ] transmission-tray-icon
  • [ ] variety-indicator(-dark)
  • [ ] xfce-XXX
  • [ ] y-ppa-indicator

Might hold true for other sizes as well.

While there are definitely more icons that are misaligned in 16px and should be fixed (Maybe also in 22 and 24 :( ) Fixing that is not top priority I think. These icons are hardly ever used, and are frankly only there for the sake of consistency
