Add support for Gimp

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, so I figured I'd make a list to keep track of what is still needed in GIMP for a fully themed interface.

This list is by no means exhaustive, these are what I could easilly find using gtkparasite.

Here's a few quick ones we could check off:

• gimp-tool-color-picker => Can be symlinked to 'color-select'
• gimp-edit => Can be symlinked to 'edit'
• gimp-undo-history => Could be symlinked to 'undo' ? The original is yellow, so maybe an 'undo' recolor ?
• gimp-tool-move => Can be symlinked to 'transform-move'
• gimp-tool-crop => Can be symlinked to 'transform-crop'
• gimp-tool-scale => Can be symlinked to 'transform-scale'
• gimp-tool-rotate => Can be symlinked to 'transform-rotate'
• gimp-tool-shear => Can be symlinked to 'transform-shear-up'
• gimp-tool-flip => Can be symlinked to 'object-flip-horizontal'
• gimp-tool-bucket-fill => Can be symlinked to 'fill-color'

From a quick testing, though, the toolbox icons don't seem to update (Gimp seems to get those icons from a theme the user can change).
The only one I was able to change by symlinking in Numix was gimp-undo-history.

Well, if it's the case we can create those icons in Numix base theme, and see how we will ship the Gimp theme later; The same way for #1016
