JetBrains Redesign

This branch is for fixes to the following issues with the JetBrains icons:

NB: IDEA Edu, while a distinct app a la PyCharm Edu, uses the same icon as normal Edu.

Others are welcome to submit PRs with fixes to the above issues, but just submit them to the jetbrains branch rather than master. Any new issues regrading JetBrains opened in the mean time will also be handled by this branch/pull.

Before this is merged, I wanted to create new icons for the following JetBrains products:

• PyCharm Edu
• Hub
• Upsource
• TeamCity
• YouTrack
• dotCover
• dotMemory
• dotTrace
• dotPeek
• ReSharper
• ReSharper C++

Oh my god I didn't realise there were so many JetBrains products, let alone so many that we didn't have icons for. There's also Datalore and Space which are also made by them but don't use the same icon style as every other JetBrains tool.

I've added all these to the list above so we can track their completion without opening 13 new issues, thanks @creepertron95 :+1:

Did anyone ever have any joy finding out what font was used for these icons originally?

The font is Gotham, alternatively Proxima Nova or Arial depending on licensing and stuff. Source: https://www.jetbrains.com/company/brand/#font

Well, Arial isn't available under a free licence either. Perhaps those are close enough https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Montserrat https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Mukta https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Hind+Guntur

@Foggalong At this point I'd say let's just average the 2 colours and go ahead.

To be done:

1. Averaging the H values of the top and bottom baseplate gradient stops.

2. Shrinking the black squares to 24x24 (if possible for all, size should stay uniform), and brightening up to L=26. Recentering the letters.

3. Applying the designs to Square

4. Applying all of the above to @creepertron95's new icons.

5. New icons.

Now the question is how to proceed with the branch lagging behind master quite a bit.
