Image search daemon isn't being queried about reposts?

Maybe the config file has it turned off. The code seems to support duplicate checking. But it's dependant on it being turned on in the config.

Im only guessing it's turned off by the appearance of duplicates in the image stream without people mentioning that they saw anything reminding them. Maybe we can check by posting two duplicates in the image stream? You'd have to post in production because else you can mess up image ids, as i dont have a development server running.

I can manually see these duplicates if I check them in the database.
