(feat): Improve pronoun pins with neutral colors and accessibility features

🛠️ Changes Made
🎨 Neutral Color Scheme
- Replaced the previous color scheme with truly neutral options:
- Teal – he/him
- Orange – she/her
- Gray – they/them
- White – ask/other pronouns
- Added explicit guidance to avoid traditional gendered colors (e.g., red/pink for women, blue for men)
♿ Enhanced Accessibility for Colorblind Users
- Introduced multiple methods of visual differentiation:
- Geometric shapes: circle, square, triangle, diamond
- Patterns: stripes, dots, solid backgrounds
- Border styles: thick, thin, dashed
- Text positioning: varied locations for label clarity
- Included high-contrast color requirements
- Recommended testing with colorblind simulation tools
🗣️ Strengthened "Ask" Option
- Added a dedicated section emphasizing the importance of the "Ask" option
- Explained why this option is crucial for:
- People who use different pronouns in different contexts
- Individuals who are questioning or exploring gender identity
🏷️ Expanded Alternative Options
- Added guidance on using custom ribbons for neo-pronouns (e.g., Zi/Zir, Xe/Xem)
- Provided options for "Fill in your own" ribbons using fabric markers
- Suggested the use of blank ribbons for maximum flexibility and inclusion
