322 : removed ** in minial_measures.md

the ** doesn't serve any purpose there and seems to be a formatting mistake. I've removed it.

It looks like your PR is including a submodule .

To fix this : Delete your local repo, clone it fresh using

 git clone https://github.com/your-username/DISCOVER-Cookbook.git
 cd DISCOVER-Cookbook

, create a new branch, and make your changes cleanly. Follow the README instructions properly.
