239: Adding information about sponsor packet

Issue number #239 of DISCOVER-Cookbook user is asking some info about the sponsorship packet . so i created a pull request and on line

Include a copy of the Code of Conduct in the sponsor packet.

when user click on sponser packet it is navigates to sponser packet info below awareness section in that coc /07code of conduct.md section where it can read about sponser packet and also see sample sponser packet also.

which clears his doubt about what is "sponser packet" .

I’ve resolved issue #239 by clearly explaining what the sponsor packet is and linking directly to both the relevant section and a real sponsor packet PDF for better understanding. This should remove any confusion a user may have about what the sponsor packet includes.
