unclear text in Participant and Speaker Selection
I'm not sure I really understand what
If your system is to have speakers come to you & ask, but research shows they tend not to do so, they won’t come.

I have rewritten the sentence and waiting for the response .solved the issue
I now see what this means - perhaps we could say instead
Speakers typically don't ask to be invited, so waiting for them to do so probably will not be a successful strategy.
