Normalize registry class instantiation
Summary
Currently, the different registry classes are not fully homogenous in terms of config-driven instantiation. A better way will be to normalize the init arguments.
Use Cases
This would be really beneficial in config-driven initialization, in a way that changing a registry will all be about changing the config and no-code change.
