We should also think how we can get the SDK version from the SDK so we can have the numaflow to SDK compatibility matrix.. this is quite necessary for automated upgrades

When a user or numaplane wants to upgrade the version of numaflow platform, there should be a way to programmatically retrieve all the SDK versions the vertices are using and validate that they are all compatible with the new platform version.
