Fix watermark value in case of future event message

Describe the bug While publishing the message with future event-time, watermark value shows -ve but value is not correct, in below watermark 1702656650194 in an hour in future but displaying it as -649ms only.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Publish the source data with future event time

Expected behavior It should shows something similar to -1h

Environment (please complete the following information): Head branch of numflow

  • Kubernetes: [e.g. v1.26]
  • Numaflow: [e.g. v1.0.0]
