Allow users to set Event/Vote Logger to party/team/all-chat
Similar to how chatspam has an option to spam in team-chat, I think a few options that output into party-chat should be allowed to spam into team-chat/all-chat.
Example would be the ability to output Event Logger into team/all-chat, or shoot VoteLogger output into team/all-chat.
What about the chat limitations and relatelimits though?...
This suggestion was made before the chat limitations was implemented.
And, it's simple. Default to party chat. If the user is premium (like those rich bot hosters), they can set it to team/all-chat to troll people and call them arseholes for voting them.
