Get cathook to run mpv --no-video (or alternative) with output directing to a null pointer, then that pointing to user's own microphone input. Let user start songs via console, i.e. cat_mpv /home/user/music/song.mp4

Other commands would be to stop (cat_mpv_stop), pause/play (cat_mpv_pause/cat_mpv_play), change the output volume (cat_mpv_volume 50)
