Autobackstab to butterknife low-health targets

Have autobackstab butterknife people (regardless if it's a backstab or not) if they're low enough to one-hit with butterknife.

Unless the user is using Your Eternal Reward or Wanga Prick, in which case a random bodystab would disadvantageous.

To add on, don't butterknife with kunai if we have < 135HP. Could really benefit from that backstab.

Alright so the kunai and the eternal reward actually have the same item definition id (I checked alliedmodders and they are different) but cathook keeps on saying its 40000, so I cant identify them, @BenCat07 told me to compare models which also fails by them both having the same model names:

So you also cant identify them like that.
