Quick Description

a stream safe mode that hides from obs, and disables features that can't be hidden (such as console spew)

Additional Context

i know this has an imgui streamsafe mode but most of the time it doesn't build and when it does it doesn't work

External Draw IMGUI mode being enabled in CMAKE works for basically everything except glow chams and ExplosionSphere, and i believe those are intentionally toggles off in that draw type
