Disable Aimbot When Under Effect of Bonk Atomic Punch

add a check for aimbot to see if local player is currently bonked.

I think I tried adding a bonked tag to the player esp back then and it was a bit tricky just a heads up if anybody wants to try it

but why? just dont press aim key and if its a bot they cant shoot anyways
