resize UI

I would like to make the UI (font, window size, etc.) larger. (the cheats UI, not TF2s) How do you achieve that? Do you need to change the source code and build yourself or is there a more convenient/faster way?

I am relatively new to github, c++ and coding in general, so I am sorry if this is a stupid question, but I could not find an answer anywhere.
