cat_joinspam doesn't work on bots

OS: Linux DE: CathookOS Cathook Version: May 5, 2021

Description

Bots simply neither disconnect nor reconnect when I run the command for them with literally any delay and any time duration, unlike for a player (me).

Steps to reproduce

• [✓] I am able to consistently reproduce this error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run bots
2. Join a casual match
3. Run cat_joinspam x (x being the number of seconds you want the spam to happen)
4. Notice no change while looking at the scoreboard.

Additional context

The delay was 2500 by default, but I used 5000 and 10000 too, still no change (for the bots of course).

cat_joinspam is less of an actual feature and more of a "oh i left that in the code" kind of thing. It's not meant to be used.
