Pipeline stack destroy option

Summary

I have on occasion, run into a situation where I would prefer to delete the entire infrastructure at once and start-over with a new stack rather then going thru each item and ensuring the order is correct. There have been instances where something did not destroy or a dependency was missed or destroyed out of sync which cause subsequent issues with destroying.

Intended Outcome

Start over quickly with new infrastructure.

How will it work?

Provide a "DESTROY ALL" within the Pipeline view.
