Bring your own state backend

Summary

Nullstone currently manages and automates state files for our Terraform runs. In cases where data residency is critical, a team wants their state files stored in their own cloud accounts.

With this feature, the customer is responsible for their backend. Then, Nullstone would be granted revocable access to the state backend so that Terraform plans can run.
