Preview Webhooks

Overview

A critical component of a preview environment is good data.

A user should be able to register a webhook on an application. This webhook would enable users to load data into their database when launching the app.

A webhook can trigger the following events: infra launched, infra destroyed, and app deployed. A user should be able to select one or many of these events and a webhook URL to trigger.
