Support for inserting a new comment thread (and reply)

This feature appears to be available in the API:

https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/commentThreads/insert

It doesn't appear that yt supports inserts. Is there a technical reason why this hasn't been implemented, or could this be something you'd accept via a PR?

And also, is it possible now to get comments (replies) for CommentThreads? Becasuse in the API it's available.

Hi there. Sorry for the delay. There's no technical reason--it's just something we haven't had a need for here. We'll gladly accept PRs for this sort of thing.
