If we can not merge it we should close it. Or at least try to reproduce and if it still exist - report issue on github and link this PR...

This might be useful but a bit outdated thing. @dydzio0614 any chance to rebase it on top of develop?

The thing was fixed by MXE update

I expect this thing is outdated. If somebody plan to fix it fill free to reopen this PR or better create a new one. Btw ffmpeg dependency is optional now.

It all started from an issue that on Android 10-11 in case of a lot of mods old approach becomes extremely slow because of extensive permission checks on file access.
