[Question] Heisenbelt / Meth Horizon: $ Difference

Why are they different from one another? I had assumed that the current top 6 tiers (cooking / selling) were designed to balance out, but on x11 purchase, there is 10 Trillion price difference. clickingbad_pricediff

The base cost isn't exactly the same. It's 410302501000000 for Heisenbelt and 410325015000000 for Meth horizon.
