Final Laundering Tier Not Working

Purchased 10 of each of the previous tiers, and even unlocked the upgrades for the final Laundering tier, yet the damn NYSE Launding option hasn't appeared yet. Thank you, and awesome work!

Same issue precisely. I got 30 of most of them, and 15 of a few, and so far I cannot reduce my IRS risk below 18.7%.

When I purchased the "Sleazy Brokers" upgrade, the laundered per second statistic did not change so I can't tell if the upgrade is actually being applied or the per second statistic just isn't displaying this. I'm also pretty sure the laundered per second statistic is not counting the "Insider Trading" upgrade or that upgrade isn't working, because when I do the meth and count up all of the laundered per-second rates, the $500 million/second that upgrade is supposed to contribute is not included.
