The human-readable big numbers amiguity problem

It won't be too long before people will have earned more than one quintillion dollars (for all I know some people may already have, I'm a few weeks away at best), then eventually, sextillion and septillion.

These all suffer from an ambiguity in the current human-readable scheme: is $1Q one quadrillion or one quintillion? Is $1S one sextillion or septillion?

I can't wait until I've earned my first decillion.

Qa is Quad and Qi is Quint.

I would assume Sx is Sex and Sp is Sept.
