安卓除了firefox和telegram没什么应用可以手动设置代理，所以对于绝大部分人来说全局肯定是必要的。我会将来加入非全局功能

是否是中国移动ISP？这个是连接超时。 windows defender报错应该是因为我的数字签名被微软看见的次数不够，任何比较小众的软件都会出现。

可否附上defender报的是什么错
